The first step of greenhouse construction: pay attention to site selection
The construction of greenhouse should be located in a place with flat terrain, fertile soil and deep soil layer, excellent lighting and ventilation conditions, convenient drainage and irrigation, and excellent water conservancy conditions.
The second step of greenhouse construction: Wall compaction
Construction of wall: when building the wall, first use bulldozer to compact the bottom of the wall (the width between the north and south is required to be 6-8m) to prevent the foundation from sinking; in the second step, use excavator to load soil, each time use 70 cm thick loose soil, use excavator to roll back and forth for 2-3 times; finally, use bulldozer to compact the top of the wall. Wall cutting: when using the excavator to cut the shed wall, there should be a certain inclination, narrow in the upper part and wide in the lower part, and the inclination should be 6-10 degrees.
The third step of greenhouse construction: treatment of greenhouse bottom
Leveling the bottom of shed: use excavator to level the bottom of shed, and then use large water for flood irrigation, which is conducive to burying the column, so as to avoid column sinking.
The fourth step of greenhouse construction: adding columns
In order to improve the pressure resistance of vegetable greenhouses, two rows of columns are needed to be added in the greenhouses during construction, namely, the rear column and the front column. The weighted column with a height of 5.5m (50cm buried below) shall be used for the post built, and the ordinary column with a height of 2m shall be used for the front column.
